SUPPORT OPTIONS

Genisys provides its customers an alternative to high priced service contracts from manufactures. Under our support service agreements, Genisys will provide all labor, parts, and materials necessary to keep your product in working condition. The agreement includes four contract options:

  • 7x24x365 with 4 hour or 2 hour on-site requirements

  • 5x24 with 4 hour or 2 hour on-site response

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 4 hour on-site response

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with on-site response next business
